3. Earning Structure & Schedule

Income potential varies by experience, services offered, and client volume. Stylists are compensated through a model discussed during the interview (may include revenue sharing, client retention incentives, or fixed station access).

Stylists manage their own schedules while maintaining agreed-upon professional standards.


4. Salon Environment Expectations

By joining Everlasting Impressions, you agree to:

Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service

Arrive on time for your scheduled client appointments or salon activities

Communicate respectfully with clients and team members

Maintain all required licenses or certifications for services you provide


5. Marketing & Client Support

Everlasting Impressions may support your business growth through shared marketing, social media promotion, and access to walk-in or overflow clients. You are responsible for building and maintaining your clientele, with support available from the salon team. Inclusion in promotions or features is at the discretion of salon management.


6. Liability & Conduct

You agree to provide services within your licensed scope and in line with salon health and safety standards. Everlasting Impressions is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from individual stylist services, misconduct, or failure to follow guidelines. Any unprofessional behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the team.


7. Terms of Participation

Engagements may be paused or ended by either party with reasonable notice, or immediately in cases of policy violation, misconduct, or non-compliance. No long-term commitment is required, though consistency and reliability are valued.


8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Continued engagement with the salon team implies agreement to any updated terms.
